The Aida Bella

The Aida BELLA was launched in 2007. She in 250m long, has a gwt of 69,203 and can handle 2050 passengers comfortably. Aida Cruise Lines is a subsidiary of Princess Cruises.

The P&O Arcadia

Built in 2005 at 87,000 gwt, she can accomidate 1848 passengers and 866 crew.

The Moby Wonder

The entire Moby fleet is decorated with the Looney Tunes characters. The Moby Wonder is a high speed roll-on roll-off Mediterranean ferry which can carry 2080 passengers and 700 vehicles. She operates comfortably at 29 knots.

The Ruby Princess

The Ruby Princess was launched in 2008. She is 951 feet long and is rated at 113,651 grt. A crew of 1205 supports a normal passenger count of 3100, but can handle 3600. Here she is seen at the dock in Naples. |

The Grandi Navi Veloci Majestic

"Grandi Navi Veloci Majestic" in English means "Large Fast Ships". The Majestic is a Ro-Ro cruise ferry seen here leaving the port of Civitavecchia.

The Pullmantour Express

She was the Nordic Empress when she began service in 1990 under the Royal Caribbean flag. In 2004 RCCL changed her name to Empress of the Seas. In 2008 she was transfered to Pullmantur Cruises (owned by RCCL) and now sails as the Pullmantur Empress.

Regent Seven Seas Voyager

Built in 2003. It is the world's second all-suites cruise ship. At 46,000 gwt, she coddles 700 well-cared-for passengers and carries a crew of 450.

The Costa Europa

Built in 1986 as the "Homeric", she was aquired by Holland America in 1988 and renamed "Westerdam". In 2002 she became the "Costa Europa". She is rated at 54,763 gwt, has a passenger capacity of 1773 and carries a crew of 636. |

The Ibero Grand Celebration

The Ibero Grand Celebration was formerly the Carnival Celebration.
She was launched in 1987 and re-fitted in 2008. She is rated at 47,262 gwt and normally carries 1490 passengers with a crew of 670. Ibero Cruises is owned by Carnival Corporation.

The Holland America Noordam

Noordam is the newest of Holland America's four VISTA Class ships. She is shown here at the dock at the Ionian island of Corfu in Greece.

The Oceana Regatta

The Regatta was originally built in 1998 as the R-2 for the now defunct Renaissance Fleet. Like her identical sister ships she is 30,000 gwt and carries 702 passengers with a crew of 372.

The Bark Europa

Operated out The Netherlands, the Europa is a modern passenger carrying sailing vessel with varied itineraries. She is seen here in the Antarctic anchored near the Argentine Research Station, Almirante Brown. |

The Royal Clipper

She's the largest passenger sailing ship afloat. Built in The Netherlands in 2000 for the Star Clipper Line, The Royal Clipper is 5,000 gwt and handles 228 passengers with a crew of 106.

Holland America's Rotterdam

Launched in 1997 from the Fincantieri yards in Italy, The Rotterdam is rated at 60,000 gt, carries 1318 passengers in spacious comfort along with a crew of 620.

Classic Cruises' Athena

Previously the Athena was the Stockholm and, later, the Caribe. She was launched in 1948 and weighs in at 16,000 gwt, carries 492 passengers with a crew of 300. She is know for her classic design.

The Windjammer, Fantome

The Fantome was owned by Windjammer Barefoot Cruises. She was lost at sea with all hands in Hurricane Mitch in October, 1998.

The Costa Concordia

The Concordia was launched in 2006. She's 950' long x 125' wide and is rated at 112,000 gtw. Has lower berths for 3000 passengers and carries a crew of 1100.
