In Nassau the Junkanoo carnival is held on Boxing Day, the day after Christmas. Many scenes from the James Bond movie " Never Say Never Again" were filmed here during this all-night celebration.

On the beach, next to the Four Seasons Hotel on Nevis is Sunshine's.  Here is where you will find the freshest, best lobster in the Caribbean, and the famous "Killer Bee", a special rum drink not recommended for amateurs.

This old stone building on Nevis is the birthplace of Alexander Hamilton. It is now a meeting hall and a cultural museum.

The sailing vessel Sea Cloud is a magnificent four-masted barque with a storied history. It once served as a U.S. Embassy in the Soviet Union. She is seen here at twilight in the British Virgin Islands.  More about Sea Cloud:

The most impressive site on St. Kitts is the restored fortifications of Brimstone Hill, thirty-eight acres of high ground that dominates the southwest corner of the island and commands views of St Barts, Saba, St. Eustatius, St. Martin, Nevis and Montserrat.
